Hi and Welcome
I'm Jen and I'm so happy you've found me.
I'm based in East Sussex and offer corrective, intelligent movement classes, that are multilevelled to adapt to all abilities.
What I Offer
Learning to love your body for what it does and not how it looks is my ethos.
I firmly believe everyone should have an amazing Pilates experience every time they step into one of my classes.
My classes are designed around a unique mix of functional conditioning and active stretch work that promises to dramatically enhance your quality of movement.
You will leave feeling positive, energised, stronger and restriction free.
WHAT PEOPLE SAY
Jen puts the joy in Pilates. Her classes are always varied - her movement repertoire is incredible. Whilst putting you through your paces Jen brings a sense of humour and fun to the class. I would rate her an 11 out of 10 if I could.
A devotee of Jen's for some 10 years, I was recently diagnosed with stenosis of the lower lumbar.
At my initial assessment the medical practitioner remarked that I was obviously receiving a "professional and well balanced program of exercise."
Since I had good core strength and flexibility, an essential requirement should I wish to manage my condition. his recommendation, I continue my weekly Pilates classes, preferably with the same instructor.
Jen is amazing! I suffer with ankylosing spondylitis. Jen always checks that I am okay in sessions and is always there to alter any movement to make it safer or easier. She is very knowledgeable and the best Pilates teacher I have come across.
I highly recommend Jen's classes.
