Service Description

My Pilates will dramatically enhance your quality of movement. You will leave feeling less restricted, stronger and more symmetrical. You will develop positive postural behaviour that prepares the body for functional movement. PLEASE NOTE: All equipment is provided, including a mat. You are of course welcome to bring your own.
